Meet Our Alumni Congregations

The churches featured here are graduates of the TICI journey. Over two years, they invested deeply in strengthening intergenerational partnerships, cultivating healthy congregational culture, aligning mission across generations, and developing collaborative practices for long-term ministry.

Together, these alumni churches form a growing network of immigrant congregations committed to honoring their cultural heritage, bridging generational divides, and walking in partnership with one another. Having completed the program, they continue to embody the values of TICI in their local contexts—seeking to flourish as thriving spiritual communities and faithful participants in God’s greater mission.

Alumni Testimonials

“As I look back on our investments of tremendous amounts of time and energy to our TICI journey, I see God meeting our feeble efforts in dramatic ways, blessing our TICI events beyond my expectations, and spreading a sense of intergenerational cooperation throughout our church. We still have a long way to go in deepening our intergenerational relationships, but we’ve taken important steps that would not have been possible without TICI.”

“It is a journey - meaning that we learn together as we go along. That, to me, was inspiring. It is not that there is one path we must all follow to accomplish the same results. Best of all, our fellowship with one another from the different churches and cultures enriched us immensely. We enjoyed a little heaven whenever we came together in the large gatherings. Indeed, the time invested was worth it all and even more. The impact it had on me and our church is profound. We are reaping the benefits of it and will continue to connect with those we are journeying together in the foreseeable future.”
